Bathsheba... David's series of really bad choices
Today on the Daily Nugget, Mike looks at the sin of David in 2 Samuel 11 and the series of terrible decisions that led him down a path of adultery, deception, and ultimately murder. It is a sobering reminder of how quickly we can fall when we give in to temptation and try to cover up our sin rather than confess it. As uncomfortable as David’s failure is, it also makes him relatable, reminding us that even people who love God and have walked faithfully with Him are still vulnerable to sin and desperately need His grace.
