When to battle...
Today on the Daily Nugget, Mike looks at 2 Samuel 10 and the battles fought by David and his mighty men. We see the courage, strength, and determination of David's army as they stand together and fight for their king. It makes me wonder: What is our battle today? Perhaps today the battle is fought not on a battlefield but in the ballot box. As followers of Jesus, we have a responsibility to engage the world around us, stand for what is right, and be faithful with the opportunities God has given us. The weapons and battlefields may be different, but the calling remains the same: to stand courageously for our King, fight the good fight of faith, and remember that ultimately the victory belongs to the Lord!
