What causes God to Party?

Today on the Daily Nugget, Mike talks about Luke 15. In Luke 15 we see the heart of God on display. God loves it when people who are lost get found. He loves it when people see His goodness and repent more than almost anything. The Bible says they party in heaven when this happens.
