How "In Charge" is the devil?

Today on the Daily Nugget, Mike continues the series on spiritual warfare by looking at what the New Testament says about the devil’s influence in this world. We explore passages where Jesus speaks of the “ruler of this world” in John, where Paul calls him the “god of this age,” and Peter warns that the devil prowls like a roaring lion seeking someone to devour. While Scripture is clear that evil spiritual forces are real and active, it is just as clear that their power is limited. The devil may have influence in this world, but he is ultimately on a leash held by the true King, Jesus Christ.
