Today on the Daily Nugget, Mike explores Galatians 3:1–6 and Paul's challenge to believers who had begun trusting in their own efforts rather than the power of the gospel. Paul reminds us that we received the Holy Spirit through faith in Christ, not by keeping the law. The same gospel that saves us is the gospel that sustains us. When we make rules, performance, or self-effort the foundation of our relationship with God, we lose sight of Christ and become spiritually foolish. God's Spirit is given, His power is experienced, and His work is accomplished through faith in Jesus.
